You can pause or cancel your monthly donation by following the steps below:
- If you have already set up your account, you can log in here: https://donate.charitywater.org/account/login.
- If not, you can register your account here: https://my.charitywater.org/account/password/reset (Hint: your account is associated with the email you used when signing up. If you’re signed up via PayPal it may be the first email you used when signing up for PayPal)
- Once you’re signed in, click on "Account Settings" at the top
- Scroll down to the first section "Your Spring Membership," where you'll see a dropdown button to the right that says "ACTIVE" or “PAUSED” or “LAST PAYMENT FAILED”
- Click on that button, then the drop-down menu that says "CHANGE MEMBERSHIP STATUS"
- Within the popup box, you'll be able to proceed with Pausing or Canceling your membership
