Why is my donation not showing on the campaign page?

It's possible that when you made your donation, you accidentally donated through the donate page on our general website rather than clicking the donate button on a specific campaign page. Not to worry! We’d be happy to reallocate your donation to the appropriate campaign.

For auditing purposes, we need written consent from you requesting the funds to be moved. Please email us at info@charitywater.org with the following:

  • Consent to move the donation
  • The email you made the donation with
  • Donation amount
  • A link to the campaign you’d like it to be moved to
