You can manage your email preferences from any of our emails or in your account settings.
Unsubscribe via Email:
At the bottom of each email, there is an option that says "Update My Preferences." Click that link to visit the Communication Preferences section of your charity: water profile, where you can manage your email or SMS subscriptions.
Unsubscribe from your charity: water account:
- Log in to your account.
- In the upper right, click on your profile image or the gray circle, then choose "Account Settings" in the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the section "Manage Communication Preferences" then click the link "Edit Preferences."
- Once selected, you will be brought to a charity: water page that allows you to choose the types of email communications that you'd like to receive from us. If you'd like to receive absolutely no communication, please make sure that all options are shown as off, an "X" or click the link “Unsubscribe from all email communication” at the top of this page.
- Select "Save changes" and you're all set!
* Please note that this does not apply to transactional emails that are sent such as a donation confirmation or tax receipts.
