How do I update my payment information?

If you already have an account with us, you can log in here. If not, you can create an account here using the email address that is associated with your monthly donation.

  1. Once you’re signed in, hover over your profile photo in the upper right corner and click “Account Settings” in the dropdown. If you’re on a mobile device, click the 3 lines in the upper right, then click “Settings.”
  2. If you see a box like the one below, please visit the link to your Donor Portal to manage your payment information:

3. If you do not see the box above, scroll down to the section Your Spring Membership. Then, click Edit to change your donation amount or click Update across from Payment Method to update your payment information.

4. Once you are in Payment Method, you can choose to add a new card or link your bank.
